Whole-Home Remodeling in Kansas City
One crew, one schedule, one person answering the phone.
One crew, one schedule, one person answering the phone.
Doing one room is a project. Doing four is a sequencing problem. The reason multi-room remodels drag is almost never the work itself, it is the dead weeks where one trade is waiting on another and nobody owns the calendar. Running the whole scope ourselves means the schedule is a single schedule, the floors go in at the right point rather than whenever there is a gap, and when you want to know where things stand you call one number.
Whole-Home We Build Toward
The finishes and layouts homeowners ask us for most. Bring us a photo of what you want and we will tell you honestly what it takes.
What You Get With Whole-Home
One schedule across every room
Rooms sequenced so finished work does not get walked through, and so the flooring goes down after the dust-making stages are done.
Phased so you can stay put
Where the scope allows, we phase the work to keep a kitchen or a bathroom usable while the rest is torn up.
Consistent finishes room to room
Floor height, stain color, and transitions planned across the whole house instead of matched room by room after the fact.
One point of contact
The person who quoted the job is the person you call about the job.
Whole-Home Remodeling by City

On a multi-room remodel the schedule is the product. The finishes are what you see, but what you will remember is whether it took the time you were told it would take.
Whole-Home Remodeling: Common Questions
Larger scopes usually start four to eight weeks out because we do not want to begin a job we cannot staff continuously. Starting late is better than starting and stalling.
Usually not. Most multi-room jobs can be phased so you keep a working kitchen or bathroom. If your scope genuinely cannot be phased we will say so at the estimate rather than finding out halfway through.
That is fine and often smarter. We will quote the full scope and a phased version so you can see what deferring a room actually saves, including where splitting the work costs more in mobilization.

What Kansas City Homeowners Say
Straight from our customers across the Kansas City metro.
"Nick was great to work with. He sanded our floor, helped us pick a new finish and sheen, and finished the floor in the allotted time. It is absolutely beautiful. Our painter was so impressed with Nick's work that he asked for his contact information so he could refer some of his clients. All around very happy."
"I am so thrilled with my new floors and staircase. My old stairs were a trip hazard. Nick and his crew were amazing to install new oak treads and risers. They also installed a new oak floor at a very reasonable cost for me."
"Nick and his crew did an excellent job refinishing old and installing new hardwood floors in my home in Platte Brook. He is very knowledgeable and very easy to work with, and his crew shares the same traits."
